This option of Kailash Yatra begins with a sweeping flight to Lhasa, Roof of the World. In Lhasa you will be visiting some interesting places including Potala Palace, official residence of Dalai Lama, the exiled spiritual leader of Tibetans.
After few days of sightseeing & acclimatization, our Mahatirtha Yatra proceeds further through the famed city of Gyantse, Shigatse and finally reach Mount Kailash. This Kailash Yatra ends with a holy pilgrmage walk around Mount Kailash and holy dip at Lake Mansarovar. You will be driven back to Kathmandu via the Tibet-Nepal frontier town of Zhangmu and Kodari with enchanting views of Tibetan Valley across the high Himalayas.
